I bought a game online and download it suddenly disappeared from my computer. Can I get it back?

I bought a Jewel Quest download games online yahoo and now it totally disappeared from my computer! Not in the trash or anywhere else. You can retrieve this purchase? I did recently install a program spyware different would this have anything to do with it? I do not know when it disappeared. He was not there when we play. Help! I did not get a genuine product key, when I bought this game as an online download games from Yahoo! You pay, download, save and run, that is all there is! Thanks to everyone who responded to this question and tried to help! I gotta get back asking yahoo games and help renew my license after another download.
