Contrary to what Aaron said, ATI Catalyst is not a physical device, but a piece of software. It is, however, specific to a device that is, there are different versions depending on your video card and operating system (32bit vs 64bit), I suggest you start http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx and select the version of your operating system. You will then be presented with a selection of video cards where you have to select what you have. Eventually you should end up with a page where you can download the software for the specific card and OS. A note of caution: ATI software does not always work as advertised: I am running an older version of Catalyst (XP) as the current version simply does not work with my card (I spent hours on the phone with tech support before I finally came up with the "solution" that I should revert to an older version)
