Mac Game Downloads Time Management

Download games open and close immediately on a Mac can anyone assist?

Here's the problem: I download the games correctly, copy them for applications (I play a lot of games, has that part down), then when I go to open the games, it loads up a second and closes briefly. I had this problem with a couple of time management I downloaded games (Sally's Flower Shop and Spa, two different locations – Macgamestore and Gamehouse). I have Mac OS X (10.4.11) – And two different computers with the same problems with the same games. I went repaired disk permissions, I looked at my preference file to see if I could erase that belongs to these games, but has a preference file. I even downloaded software updates, the UN and re-installed my games. They will not me give a refund and I want to play these things. Suggestions?
