Need a program that can auto-download the specific files listed in a web page?

This would help to first look at this website. It a file from a radio program the previous week. I want to download the four files each day (These are the files. Asf, but can be renamed Download once. Wma). Each file represents the hour of radio. I want the 8AM, 9AM, 10AM 11AM and files for each day, Monday through Friday. There is a program that can "pull" the files I need? After that I need to convert them. Mp3 files as I want to hear the 8am to noon, Monday to Friday show, in my MP3 player (he does not play. Wma). The program will suggest that will not really do what you want, but I thought I'd let you know about it. If you have Firefox, DownLoadThemAll download an add on called. With this program you can go to a web page, as you gave, right click and DownLoadThemAll. A pop-up that allows you to download any file on the page. This includes images, embedded files or links. You can select to download only the files you want. Maybe you can not use this program to help you in this case, but maybe something else.
