The mp3 player is best for me?

Im currently looking to buy a new mp3 player, but I'm not sure I should go. I intend to use this mp3 music and video player, and while I'm snowboarding (have to be durable.) I want to any mp3 player I can be compatible with a monthly service download / subscription unlimited. I can spend up to about 350 this device. The mp3 player should I get?
