Can I get in trouble for having a site that has links to megaupload.com?

I have a blog on blogspot.com and free games on your psp you can download and has links to megaupload.com. I get fined or prosecuted or enter into any trouble because it could link to megaupload! Thanks for your question and I'm lucky I started the blog and delete immediately!
